Hydras
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 April 2026
Hydras is an internal production-management tool for Warner Bros. International Television Production Finland. This page explains what cookies and local storage Hydras uses, why it uses them, and how long they are kept.
Hydras only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the application usable. It does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, strictly-necessary cookies do not require your consent, which is why Hydras does not show a consent banner.
Cookies
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| shotbot-session | Signed JWT that keeps you logged in. Marked HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure in production — it cannot be read by JavaScript and is not sent on cross-site requests. | 90 days |
Local storage
Hydras stores small amounts of UI state in your browser's localStorage so the workspace remembers your preferences between sessions. Nothing in localStorage is sent to our servers. Typical keys include:
- Scene Explorer sidebar open/collapsed state.
- Last-viewed project, episode, and scene.
- View mode (Production / Review) per workspace.
- Draft prompt text and reference picker selections.
You can clear localStorage at any time through your browser settings; Hydras will simply fall back to its defaults on the next visit.
Third-party services
Media assets (images, video) are served from Google Cloud Storage signed URLs and do not set cookies in your browser. Authentication is handled entirely by Hydras — no identity-provider cookies are set by third parties.
