Hydras

Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 April 2026

Hydras ("the Service") is an internal production-management tool provided by Warner Bros. International Television Production Finland Oy ("WBITVP", "we", "us"). By signing in to the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and access

Access to Hydras is granted to authorised personnel of WBITVP and its production partners on a named-user basis. Credentials are personal — do not share them, and do not access the Service on behalf of someone else unless explicitly authorised in writing.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any purpose other than the production work it was provisioned for.
  • Upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or violates any third party's rights.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security, rate limits, access controls, or audit logging.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its underlying prompts, models, or assets outside the production pipeline.
  • Export, share, or publish project materials (shotlists, storyboards, stills, videos, director notes) outside authorised channels, including AI-generated artefacts tied to unreleased productions.

3. Intellectual property

All production materials created, uploaded, or generated in Hydras remain the property of WBITVP or its licensors. AI-generated storyboards, stills, and videos are produced for internal development and reference and are subject to the same IP rules as other production materials. The Service itself, including its prompts, scaffolding, and UI, is proprietary and protected by copyright.

4. Data, logging, and retention

Hydras logs authentication events, asset access, and AI-generation jobs for operational, security, and audit purposes. Generated media is stored in Google Cloud Storage under WBITVP-controlled buckets. See the Cookie Policy for details on session cookies and browser storage, and the WBITVP Privacy Policy for personal-data handling.

5. AI-generated content

Hydras uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Black Forest Labs Flux, ByteDance Seedance, Kuaishou Kling) to generate scripts, images, and video. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it in downstream production. AI-generated output may contain factual errors, biases, or unintended likenesses. Do not submit confidential third-party material as input without the appropriate rights.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and deployment windows may cause brief outages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, leave the engagement for which access was granted, or if continued access would create a security or compliance risk. On termination, your production data remains with WBITVP.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be directed to your Hydras administrator or WBITVP legal.
